How to make a purchase:-

Browse through our Shoe Collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.

Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order. We accept payments through PAYPAL - the safest way to buy on the Internet. Through PAYPAL, you can pay using your debit or credit cards. Remember, with PAYPAL you are protected with your online purchases.

Delivery:-

Delivery is free for all shoes.

If your postal address in the West Midlands, then we'll deliver your shoes the next day for free if your order is made before 7pm. Be sure to select this option on order checkout. You'll be contacted if we can't deliver next day.

If your postal address is not in the West Midlands, your order will be processed and despatched by Royal Mail within 1 working day of receipt for standard recorded delivery.

Weekends and bank holidays are not classified as working days.

We currently do not ship goods outside of the U.K.

Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect.  However, we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' after despatch.

Returns Policy:-

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can then return it within 28 days of purchase, unworn in its original condition and packaging i.e. box.

We will refund you the purchase price of the goods, this will not include postage costs.

Please send your returns to:-

For all returns please complete a returns form (email us for form at admin@shoeshire.com) and enclose that together with the goods being returned and sales receipt.

We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale.  The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all goods returned as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. For returns at our stores please provide us with proof of purchase.

We will process returns within 5 working days of receipt and will advise you when we have processed the return. On receipt of that advice please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
